This gives new Keystone lawyers an overview of our systems and processes, and a knowledge of who to turn to for ongoing guidance.
Our Director of Community and Engagement, Fiona Severs, helps integrate new joiners into the firm, introducing them to colleagues with complimentary expertise and providing ongoing support. We run a full programme of social and business-focused events to build and enhance the firm’s collegiality and enable cross-selling between our lawyers.
