To support its on-going growth, the firm seeks to recruit a further paralegal with litigation experience and who has successfully completed their LPC. Excellent performance in the role will be rewarded with the offer of a training contract after 12 months. The role is based in the firm’s offices on and around Chancery Lane.
The role would suit an applicant with a strong academic background with at least 12 months (and preferably more) experience in litigation at a top ranked law firm or litigation boutique. Hands on experience of producing court documents, bundles and statements is required. In addition, the candidate will also need to demonstrate a good attention to detail, an ability to undertake legal research and knowledge of the courts system.
The successful applicant will work directly with partner-level lawyers on both large and small cases. He/she will work alongside other paralegals, trainees and junior lawyers in supporting the firm’s lawyers with a very a wide range of work. The role is mostly litigation focussed, but the successful candidate may be offered some property, family, commercial and corporate work in due course depending on the needs of the firm and the wishes of the candidate. The role offers good career progression and the opportunity to specialise in a chosen area in due course.
