Paralegal - Property

Salary: Competitive

Location: London

Start Date: February 2022

Keystone Law is one of the most respected law firms in the UK and its fast rise is reshaping the UK legal market. It’s a multi-award winning top 100 law firm that is continuing to make waves. In 2017 it listed on the London Market and it continues to go from strength to strength with investors and clients alike. The firm is ranked by Chambers and The Legal 500 and in November 2020, we were named Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious The Lawyer Awards, the ultimate accolade in the legal industry. In January 2021, Keystone was also crowned Firm of the Year by RollOnFriday after achieving a 94% employee satisfaction score in the publication’s annual survey. As the UK’s happiest law firm, our lawyers are some of the most satisfied in the industry.

Our lawyers are drawn from the partnerships of the top 50 firms and some high-quality boutique firms, who bring their client base with them. Clients include Nationwide, Neal’s Yard, RBS, Cancer Research, Virgin Atlantic and Siemens.

A Partner in the Property team seeks to recruit a paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ residential or commercial property experience at a top-ranked law firm to support his busy practice. The role will be remote initially, with the possibility of being based in the firm’s Chancery Lane office when this reopens post-Covid.

The role would suit an applicant with high levels of motivation and responsiveness, good people skills, great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files at the same time. The applicant should have achieved a Commendation or Distinction in the LPC, have graduated with a 2:1 or higher, and should have a keen interest in Property Law. The work will be varied, dealing with residential and commercial property matters, but the candidate should be able to review contracts and leases, prepare statements and will be encouraged to prepare reports on title. The candidate will work closely with our Partner and run files together and alone. This will be a great opportunity to gain technical and insightful experience in the fast-moving property world, with the possibility that the role will lead to a training contract.

If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience, and you would enjoy working for an expanding and forward-thinking law firm, then please get in touch today.
