Role: IP/ Commercial/Technology Paralegal
Hours: 3 – 5 days a week.
Salary: Pro-rata based on an annual salary of circa £25,000 (Dependent on experience)

To support its on-going growth, one of its IP and commercial consultants (partner level) is seeking to recruit a further paralegal with IP/commercial/technology experience to work directly with him in a team of three. Such team in turn works with wider firm teams across the disciplines as clients require from time to time.
The role would suit an applicant with a strong academic background with at least 12 months (and preferably more) experience in IP/ commercial/technology law at a top ranked law firm. Hands on experience of undertaking legal research and preparing reports, producing legal documents and liaising with clients is required. In addition, the candidate will also need to demonstrate a good attention to detail and a knowledge of IP/Technology law.
The successful applicant will primarily work closely with an IP and commercial partner level lawyer and his associate on servicing client requirements where clients range from fast growing start ups to household names. He/she on occasion may be required to work alongside other paralegals, trainees and junior lawyers in supporting the firm’s lawyers with a very a wide range of work where the team is called in to advise upon the IP/IT aspects of transactions.
