How does the support work?
We have an in-house team of experienced IT professionals who are there to support you with all your IT needs, between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm. They can be contacted by telephone or email, with the ability to access your laptop remotely to help resolve any issues quickly.
Outside of office hours we outsource IT support, which can be accessed at any time of day, and on any day of the week.
Are the systems easy to use?
Our systems have been designed to be incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, but full IT training is given as part of the Keystone induction, and additional refresher IT training is available on request.
The firm’s bespoke intranet platform, Keyed-In, is the electronic hub of the firm and all the firm’s administration is channelled through it, including engagement letter generation, time recording, client and matter information, invoicing, and a directory of our lawyers.

Where do I source a laptop from?
You will need to have an approved secure laptop and we recommend a docking station, keyboard, mouse and a separate large screen. We can provide you with your laptop (and options for suitable peripherals) as part of our Set Up and Go service. These carefully chosen laptops are made available to you at wholesale cost and our IT technicians will secure and customise your laptop to your personal requirements without charge. Before you join, our IT Director, Maurice Tunney, will call you to discuss any IT-related needs or questions you may have – for example, relating to transferring client files or data security.
Do I need to arrange a mobile phone?
Yes, you’ll need to arrange your own package, but we can advise you on suitable models and networks.
If you have any questions regarding your circumstances, which are not covered in the above, please contact us on 020 3319 3700 or click here to fill out our contact form.
