Remote working at Keystone Law

Keystone Law’s innovative IT platform allows our lawyers to work securely from any location. This means they are not tied to a single location and can work wherever is best for their practice and their clients. Some lawyers choose to simply work from home, while others prefer to be in an office or rent hot desks at our Chancery Lane offices. We also have teams that rent their own offices in a location convenient to them.

How does Keystone support its lawyers to work from home?

From the moment a new lawyer joins the firm, they are quickly set up with all the IT systems and support they need to run their practice. In addition to this, we have a team of IT professionals on hand to answer and resolve any queries 24/7.

The 50 strong Central Office team looks after all the firm's administration, compliance, invoicing, banking and marketing, giving lawyers more time to focus on what matters most to them — their clients. Our current lawyers will tell you that the remote support of central office is comparable, if not better, than that at traditional firm.

What if I don't want to work from home all the time?

Keystone is all about freedom and giving you the autonomy to decide where you work best. If you prefer to work away from home or in an office environment, we have a Lawyer Centre at our office in Chancery Lane, London which offers 30 hot desks and 12 large meeting rooms available at no charge. Permanent desks in the office are also available to rent.

Getting to know colleagues

One of the questions new joiners often ask is how they will get to know the 400 other lawyers at the firm if they are working remotely. Community and collaboration are at the heart of the firm and we facilitate introductions and bring together like-minded colleagues as often as possible. In addition to regular CPD events, we have a diverse social calendar which includes lawyer lunches, Summer and Christmas parties, sports teams and charity events.
